Kai Radian Mining to focus on building the intelligence layer for underground mining
Indianapolis, Indiana — April 20, 2026 — American Sierra Gold Corp. (“ASG”) today announced the launch of Kai Radian, Inc. (“Kai Radian”), a new AI company focused on building intelligence businesses for complex real-world industries. ASG is Kai Radian’s founding strategic funding and mining partner.
Kai Radian’s first vertical is Kai Radian Mining, a wholly owned subsidiary focused on building the intelligence layer for underground mining. The subsidiary’s initial work centers on developing structured operational models and workflows that connect expert human judgment to software and agent systems — and, over time, to robotics-enabled mining operations.
ASG’s role in the launch of Kai Radian extends beyond capital. As Kai Radian’s founding mining partner, ASG is providing operational context, domain expertise, and access to real-world mining environments across Chile, Peru, and Colombia to support the development of the company’s first vertical.
